How TraviU works

From finding a guide to meeting them in Japan, the main booking steps can now be completed in English.

1. Find a guide

Search by destination, language and service type. Open a profile to review areas, languages and reviews.

2. Send a request

Select Tour Guide, Travel Assistant or Airport / Station Transfer Support, then choose your preferred date and time.

3. Confirm the schedule

The guide reviews your request. If the guide proposes another time, choose the option that works for you.

4. Pay securely

Once the schedule and price are confirmed, pay by card through Square. Your booking becomes confirmed after payment.

Transportation, facility admission and other actual expenses may be charged separately when applicable. Please review the final booking details before payment.
