含まれないもの：・Transportation costs for both the client and the guide.
・Admission fees or paid activities.
・Food and drinks.
・Personal shopping expenses.
・Any additional expenses not listed under "Whats included"

注意事項：●Important Information:

・The tour duration is approximately four hours from the agreed starting time.
・Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrival may reduce the total tour time.
・The itinerary may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather, crowds, transportation delays, facility closures or other circumstances beyond our control.
・Transportation expenses for both the client and the guide are not included in the tour price and must be paid by the client.
・Admission fees, activity fees, food, drinks and personal shopping expenses are not included.
・If admission is required for the guide to accompany the client inside a facility or attraction, the guide’s admission fee must also be covered by the client.
・If the guide eats or drinks together with the client during the tour, the client is responsible for the guide’s meal and drink expenses.
・Any extension beyond the reserved time may require an additional fee and is subject to the guide’s availability.
・All extensions and additional services must be requested and paid for through TraviU. Direct payments or private arrangements with the guide are not permitted.
・The tour involves walking and the use of public transportation. Comfortable shoes and suitable clothing are recommended.
・Please inform TraviU in advance about mobility limitations, allergies, medical conditions or any other special assistance required.
・Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. TraviU and the guide cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
・Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times.
・Please follow the guide’s instructions and comply with local laws, transportation rules and the regulations of temples, shrines and other facilities.
・Photography may be restricted in certain locations. Please follow all posted rules and the guide’s instructions.
・The guide may refuse or end the service if a client behaves dangerously, illegally, abusively or in a manner that causes discomfort to others.
・Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the policy displayed at the time of booking.
・In the event of an emergency, please immediately notify the guide and contact the appropriate emergency services.
