・Taxi or private transportation costs.
・Additional expenses caused by itinerary changes or extended tour time.

注意事項：●Important Information●
・This is a private 8-hour guided experience.
・The itinerary is flexible and can be customized based on the guest’s interests and preferences.
・The tour mainly involves walking and public transportation. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.
・Transportation costs for both the guest and the guide are not included in the tour price.
・Entrance fees, attraction tickets, meals, drinks, shopping, and other personal expenses are not included.
・If the guide joins the guest for a meal or drinks, the guest is responsible for the guide’s meal and drink costs.
・Some attractions may require advance reservations or separate admission tickets.
・The itinerary, visiting order, and time spent at each location may change due to weather, traffic, crowds, closures, operating hours, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
・Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. Late arrival may reduce the available tour time without a price reduction or extension.
・Additional time beyond the scheduled 8 hours will be subject to an extra charge, which must be processed through TraviU, and is subject to the guide’s availability.
・Meeting and ending locations can be arranged in advance and may be different.
・Same-day itinerary changes may be possible depending on time, location, and availability.
・Please inform TraviU in advance of any mobility requirements, allergies, medical considerations, or special requests that may affect the tour.
・Children and minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
・Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings, valuables, passports, wallets, phones, and other items secure at all times.
・TraviU and the guide are not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or left behind during the tour.
・Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to property, facilities, merchandise, rental items, or the belongings of third parties, including any associated repair or replacement costs.
・TraviU and the guide are not responsible for damage caused by the guest.
・Guests must follow local laws, venue regulations, cultural etiquette, and reasonable instructions provided by the guide.
・TraviU and the guide are not responsible for incidents resulting from a guest’s failure to follow applicable laws, rules, venue regulations, or reasonable safety instructions.
・TraviU and the guide reserve the right to immediately suspend or end the tour if a guest engages in dangerous, violent, threatening, abusive, harassing, illegal, or seriously inappropriate behavior, or if the guide reasonably believes that continuing the tour could endanger the guide, the guest, or any other person.
・If a tour is terminated due to such behavior, the guest may not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the tour.
・In the event of severe weather, transportation disruptions, attraction closures, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary may be changed or shortened for safety and operational reasons.
・TraviU will make every reasonable effort to provide a safe, smooth, flexible, and enjoyable experience in Tokyo.
